Hamlin: October 30, 1959 – July 21, 2019 at age 59. Predeceased by her parents Hubert and Lois Lenz, brother Raymond Lenz and nephew Rodney Mank. Survived by his daughters Hannah and Emily Lenz, siblings Linda (Rodney) Mank, Hubert (Carol) Lenz and Edward Lenz, many nieces and nephews as well as other loving family. No prior calling. A Memorial Service celebrating Tom's life will be held on Saturday August 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. John Lutheran Church, 1107 Lake Rd. West Fork, Hamlin. www.fowlerfuneralhomeinc.com.
