Obituary of Andrew D. Lista

Andrew "Andy" Lista Andy Lista, 49, of Brockport, N.Y., died on April 13, 2010, in Boston, Mass., where he was living. Andy was born on Jan. 17, 1961, in Phoenix, Az., to Diane (Prior) and the late Gerald Lista. He attended Brockport High School in Brockport, N.Y. then enrolled in Pastoral Studies at the RHEMA Bible Training Center in Broken arrow, OK. He graduated in 1986, moved to Batavia New York and started Faith Ministries. Later on Andy worked in law enforcement, was active in local politics, and owned a local restaurant. Those who knew Andy will always remember his quick smile, sense of humor, and ability to be a friend to anyone. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Chelsea and Aaron; brother Tony and his wife, Judy; brother Dominic and his wife, Ellen; brother Marc and his wife, Kathy; eight nieces and nephews, and a number of paternal cousins, aunts and uncles who live in Brockport and WNY. A service and calling hours will be held May 29 11:00am -1:00pm with Fowler Funeral Home in Brockport. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a memorial fund established for his children's education: Andy Lista Memorial Fund, c/o TD Bank, 57 Main St., Wayland, Mass., 01778, 508-655-0294.
