Parsons, Carlton M. Brockport: On Monday November 14, 2011 at the age of 87. Predeceased by his wife Mary Jane Parsons (Giglio), infant granddaughter Dana Overmyer, step-son Joseph Goodsell Jr., step-grandson Matthew Goodsell and step-daughter-in-law Mary Goodsell. He is survived by his daughters Maria Klee, Shirley Overmyer, Carla (Craig) Faganello, step-son Richard Goodsell, grandsons Thomas (Jennifer) Overmyer, Eric Klee, Jason Overmyer, Kyle Faganello, 9 great grandchildren; Hannah, Katie, Madison, John, Emily Sarah, Ryan, Jennifer and Tommy siblings Carolyn Gallagher, Charles (Shirlie) Parsons, Joanne (Ted) Young, step-grandchildren Amy Jo and Joseph III Goodsell, 1 step-great-great granddaughter Madison, many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Carlton was a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force in World War II where he and his crew flew a B-17 Bomber over Germany. Friends may call Friday from 1-3 pm at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave Brockport where a funeral service will be held following calling hours at 3 pm. Interment will be at the Arkport Cemetery in Arkport, NY on Saturday at 12:00 noon with military honors. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to a Veteran's charity of your choice or the Lakeside Beikirch Care Center.
