Christopher M.  “Goose” Goosley

Brockport:  Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday March 23, 2023 at the age of 55.  Predeceased by his parents John Jr. and Alice Goosley and his sister in-law Peggy Goosley.  He is survived by his siblings John (Rose) Goosley, Mary Ann Goosley and Sue (Paul) Henshaw, his adored nephews Sean Goosley, Brandon, Mitchell and Tyler Henshaw, several close cousins, relatives, and a multitude of dear friends whom he considered family from the Brockport Fire Department, Brockport Ambulance Corps and Barber’s Grill and Tap Room.

Chris was highly involved with the Brockport Fire Department and Ambulance Corps.  He was a proud American and zealous supporter of his Brockport community, military, police, fire, and ambulance organizations. 

Family will receive friends on Friday March 31^st from 2-7 pm at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave., Brockport.  A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, April 1^st at 10 am at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 152 Main St., Brockport.  A graveside service will be held in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to the Brockport Volunteer Firefighters Association (BVFA) (a 501C-3), 38 Market St., Brockport, NY 14420, Brockport Baseball Boosters, Attention: Athletic Director, 40 Allen St., Brockport, NY 14420, or the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), Troop 111, 651 West Ave., Brockport, NY 14420 in Chris’ memory.
