I met and worked with Betty at Brockport Enterprises. She was a wonderful lady, with a quick smile and a laugh! I saw her several times while I worked at Walmart, we would always stop and chat and catch up with life. I always looked forward to seeing her. I will miss her, may she Rest In Peace and may you, her family, her most prized possession, find comfort and peace in the coming days, weeks and years. God bless, Debbie Bruton.

I have so many great memories at the house. Playing on the side yard and in the barn. I loved running into Betty. I remember when my Mom passed away. After the service Betty came over to tell me that when Leann passed away one of her cousins sent her and Album or maybe it was a 45. By “Abba” with the song on it “I have a Dream”. We happened to play that a my Moms funeral. It went the world to me that Betty shared that we. She will be greatly missed by everyone.

Choosing a single memory to share is nearly impossible. There are too many memories, and each one deserves to be remembered.
Aunt Betty was my summertime mom. Growing up, I spent days and, more often, weeks on Shumway Road, and I loved it there. For those few weeks in the Summer, she made me part of the family.
The chore I often had was setting the table for dinner - until I got my driver's license. I remember the first time she asked me to go to Gretzinger's like it was yesterday. I was out the door with the car keys in my hand before she finished the sentence. I think she knew 16-year-old me looked forward to taking the car out as much as she was glad to have someone run to Gretzinger's for milk - milk and those damn Parliament 100s.
I can still see her… giant hair curlers wrapped all over her head, tethered to the kitchen by the phone with a super-long headset cord, and leaning against the kitchen counter. I loved her so much.
