Thomas J. Dziekonski

Clarkson: Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 13, 2022 at the age of 69.  Predeceased by his parents, Thadeus and Elizabeth.  He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Clarice; brothers Thadeus (Elaine), Donald; sister Margaret Mussaw; aunts; uncles; several nieces, nephews and cousins; brother-in-law James Hendrickson; sisters-in-law Christine (Scott) Curtis and Martha Hendrickson.  Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 4-6 with a Funeral Service immediately following at Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., 340 West Ave., Brockport.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing may donate to the American Diabetes Association or to the National Kidney Foundation.
