Marilyn Rich Secord

89, (formerly of Brockport); resident of Edna Tina Wilson Living Center; passed away September 13, 2021.  Predeceased by her parents George and Nina (Williams) Rich; Walter E. Carpenter; son Eric Scott Carpenter; husband James Secord; brother G. Eugene and sister-in-law Victoria (Ramsey) Rich.  Survived by son Karl Martin (Susan) Carpenter; grandchildren Ryan (Jennifer) Carpenter; Patricia (Mario) Vinti; Aaron (Taryn) Carpenter; Nicolas Carpenter; six great grandchildren. 

Marilyn graduated from SUNY Geneseo; a Speech Therapist for BOCES and Rochester City School District.  She loved singing with the Sweden Senior Singers; an active spinner with area spinning groups; her adventurous spirit loved traveling with her husband Jim and living by the lake.

Calling hours will be Monday September 20, 2021; 3-5 pm at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave., Brockport.  A Celebration of Life Service will be at Brockport First Baptist Church at a future date.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Morgan Manning House, 151 Main St., Brockport, NY 14420.
