I just heard about this, so sad. Shirley aka 'Mama Goop', was such a sweetheart. She welcomed me and so many others into her home. I'm glad I was able to know her and her family. Goop, Rick and Gary...stay strong my brothers, Love Kevin (Hubsy).
Shirley and Gene were neighbors of my grandparents ( The Wagner's - 22 ) on Lyman St. for many, many years. I adored Shirley and have vivid memories spending time with her when I was little. May she rest in peace.
