Nancy M. Vanzetta Brockport: Passed away peacefully on Friday October 16, 2020, at the age of 72, after a valiant 10-year struggle with breast cancer. Predeceased by her parents William and Eileen Mc Bean as well as her grandparents Henry (Clara) Wrobel and Curtis (Etta) Judson. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Jim; her daughter Kim (Jim) Nealon, grandchildren Nicholas and Nadia Nealon, brothers Stewart (Edie) Mc Bean and Brett (Chris) Mc Bean, several nieces, nephews, many dear friends and financial aid community throughout NYS. Nancy was the Assistant Director of Financial Aid for SUNY Brockport, the Director of Financial Aid for Finger Lakes Community College, and a Financial Aid Consultant. She also was the Regional Chairperson of NYS Financial Aid Administrators Association and President of SUNY Financial Aid Administrators. Nancy selflessly volunteered at Lakeside Memorial Hospital and Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport. There will be no prior calling hours and a funeral service will be held privately. Those wishing may contribute to UR Medicine Hospice, 2180 Empire Blvd., Webster, NY 14580, or Pet Pride of NY Inc., 7731 Victor Mendon Rd., Victor, NY 14564 in Nancy’s memory.
