Joan E. Miller

On January 17, 2023: Predeceased by her parents, Francis and Ethel Miller, brother, Francis Miller, Jr. and sister, Patricia Chapman. She is survived by her nieces, Lynne Burrier and Kimberly Miller, nephew, Jeffery Chapman, grand nephew, Brent McDill and grand niece, Cindi Wicks. Internment will be private. Joan was a ray of sunshine in our lives and her positive energy and cheerful attitude will be greatly missed.
